RENTSTATE was incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap 486) as a Limited company on the 15th Day of August 2014 under the laws of Kenya; RENTSTATE was issued a Certificate of Incorporation as proof of the registration. We are the exclusive agents for INTENTEC ELEVATORS in East Africa.

Consultation
A member of our team takes the time to meet with you the client, we understand your needs, building functionality, budget, required specifications and finishes. With this information compiled we prepare a customized proposal for you.
Installation
Our team handles the production, importation and delivery of your product to your site. During the production period we carry out regular site inspections preparing the site as required.Once the materials are on site our factory trained team of engineers and technicians carry out a professional installation and finally we have a Government Certified Inspector inspect and certify the elevator/escalator is fit for use.
After sales
We offer 24/7 services on all our units. Our after-sale services also include a complementary 12-month maintenance package from the date of handing over. A yearly inspection is also carried out by an engineer from our factory followed by a government inspection.
